Along with the operations specific to it, a security level allows you to perform operations available to lower levels of security within the same module. The minimum security levels to perform tasks are listed below, with roles listed in order from greatest access to least access.

  • Add, copy, edit, delete, & print contracts

  • Increment employee experience

  • Increment salary schedule step & grade

  • Add, edit, and delete leave transactions

  • Delete position

Employee Management Manager

Position Control Manager

  • Delete employee record

  • Approve, close, & delete job

  • Enable & disable employee

  • Move salary grade up & down

  • Add, edit, and delete leave transactions

  • Add & edit position

  • Approve & close position

Employee Management Operator

Position Control Operator

  • Add & edit employee record

  • Add, edit, & delete employee address & contact info

  • Edit photo

  • Add & edit attachment

  • Add, edit, & delete certificate, education history, leave, extended leave

  • Edit assignment

  • Add, edit, & copy job

  • Edit & delete job allocation

  • Fill & vacate position

  • Increment salary schedule step & grade

  • Mass update salaries

  • Add and delete leave transactions

  • View SSN

  • Add, edit, & delete master position

  • Enable & disable master position
