If you don't enter any rules in the Account Mapping window, the following rules are used in rolling over the chart of accounts.
AptaFund maps the element values exactly. 001 in old cycle will be 001 in new cycle.
If there is a new element in the new cycle that doesn't exist in the old cycle, the value defined for the new element becomes the default value and is used for that element.
If an element has the same name, but the mask is longer in the new cycle, AptaFund adds zeros to the right. For example, where program was 444 in the old cycle, and the program element mask in the new cycle has 5 characters, the program element value will become 44400 in the new cycle.
If the element in the new cycle is shorter than the element in the old cycle, AptaFund truncates the characters from the right — for example, 12345 will become 123.
