Account Mapping Report

The Account Mapping Report allows you to review the expected results of the mapping of accounts between two accounting cycles before rolling over the chart of accounts and/or to view the results after rolling over the chart of accounts.

The report is reached by selecting Reports > Chart of Accounts Administration > Account Mapping Report and can be created as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file.

The worksheets contain the following information:

• Account Codes: Shows old and new account codes, including descriptions.

• Fund Element Values: Shows old and new fund values.

• Controlling Element Values: Shows old and new controlling element values.

Report filters are:

• Old cycle

• New cycle

• Use Rules — The options in the Use Rules pull-down list vary depending on the accounting cycles selected above. Current is available for New mappings, and Rolled Over is available for account mappings that have been rolled over to the new accounting cycle. If the state of the account mapping is Modified, both Current and Rolled Over are available.

• Changed Only — Select all mapping results or just changes between the two cycles.
