You may have made a mistake in a leave request or decided that you shouldn't have created or submitted it. You can't change or delete the mistaken request, but you can withdraw it as long as it has a status of New with no approval history or a status of Submitted and an approval status of Pending.
Either click on the My Leave Requests link in the Quick Links section of the Home window OR select My Leave Requests from the My AptaFund > Employee Self-Service menu. The My Leave Requests window opens.
Check the box for the leave request you want to withdraw, and click Withdraw. You're asked to confirm the action.
Click Yes, and the window displays the Withdrawn status.
