To select a single record or group of records, check the box(es) for the record(s).
To select a contiguous group of records, check the box for the first record, then Shift + click the last record.
Records will stay selected
as you move to a different page in the list, even if you can no longer
see them. The number of records you've selected is displayed just
below the "page numbers".
To select all records in the found group, check the box at the top of the list.
To deselect individual records, uncheck the box(es) for the record(s).
To deselect all the selected records,
Uncheck the box at the top of the grid if you've selected all records,
or click the Unselect All link beside the number of records selected.
