Edit the Leave Configuration for an Employee

Sometimes you'll need to set up an employee's leave differently from the employee group.

  1. Select Leave Balances from the Leave menu, and that window opens.

  2. Check the box for the employee and leave type you want to edit, and click Edit. The Employee Leave Configurations window opens.

  3. Check the box, and click Edit. The next Employee Leave Configurations window opens, displaying the record for the selected employee & leave type.

  4. Make the needed changes to the general fields, leave transactions, leave accrual schedule, and leave accrual cap as needed.

  5. Click Save.
