Use the Aggregate feature in the Table Display Settings window to aggregate data in various ways. This feature allows you to display the average value, the number of records (count), the minimum value, the maximum value, the minimum & maximum values, and the sum of values in a column in the grid.
The aggregate value is calculated on all the records in the grid, not just the records displayed on the first page. If you filter the grid, the aggregate value will be calculated on the filtered set of records.
Click the Display Settings button in the upper right-hand toolbar, and the Table Display Settings window opens.
Make sure the columns in which you want to aggregate data have the Show box checked.
Click in the Aggregate column, and select the aggregate type from the pull-down list. Sample
Click Save, and you're returned to the grid with the aggregate displayed at the bottom of the column.
