Selecting which columns you want to show in a list window can only be done in the Table Display Settings dialog.
Click the Display Settings button in the upper right-hand toolbar, and the Table Display Settings window opens.
Select the columns to show and hide.
To hide a column that you don't need to see, uncheck the Show checkbox for that column. Note: Hiding a column doesn't delete the column from the grid.
To show a column that isn't currently being displayed, check the Show checkbox for the column. Note: You will probably have to scroll down the list to find the hidden columns.
Click Save to save the settings and return to the list window.
If at any time you want to restore the display settings to the system default, click the — Reset Display Settings to Default — button in the upper right-hand toolbar.
