While in the Preview Net Pay window, click the Add Deduction button. The Deduction window opens displaying both Amount and Percentage fields.
Complete the fields as described.
Deduction: Select from the pull-down list. Once the deduction is selected, the Amount or Percentage field defaults from the deduction in Manage Deductions.
Enter or edit the Amount or Percentage.
Click OK. You're returned to the Preview Net Pay window with the new deduction information displayed, as well as the recalculated total deductions and net pay.
