While in the Preview Net Pay window, click the Add Job/Pay button. The Earnings window opens.
Complete the fields as described.
Job Name: Select from the pull-down list. Once the job is selected, the job type with its fields defaults from the master position.
Job Type: Daily, hourly, or salary; this field defaults from the master position, but may be edited.
If the job type is daily or hourly, complete the following fields.
Hours/Days: Enter the number of hours or days worked to be used in previewing the net pay.
Rate: Defaults from master position, but may be edited.
Overtime: Check if applicable.
If the job type is salary, enter the Paycheck Amount.
Click OK. You're returned to the Preview Net Pay window with the new job information displayed and the new amounts calculated for gross pay, deductions, and net pay.
