Leave Liability Report

The Leave Liability Report provides an estimate of the "cost" of leave to the district when the Rate field is completed for employees' leave types. The report calculates liability as leave rate x number of days/hours of leave remaining.

Leave rate must be entered for each leave type for each employee if you want to utilize this report. Leave rate isn't tied to accrual, and it will roll over as part of the leave balance rollover. Enter the leave rate in Employee Payroll Information if using the leave system in place prior to November 2018 or in Manage Leave if using the Leave Module.

The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > Leave Liability Report.

It can be created as a PDF, Excel or CSV file.
