The W-2 Form Summary Table Report provides a way to review W-2 information, whether imported or generated by AptaFund. The report includes all adjustments made to W-2 data in the Employee W-2 Information window.
The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > W-2 Form Summary Table Report and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.
W-2 Box Descriptions: Shows what is reported in each box.
W-2 Form Summary Table: Shows the detailed W-2 information per employee as entered, imported or adjusted in AptaFund, but it's displayed as a table with the Box numbers across the top and the employees listed down the side. You can therefore compare the totals by box against the totals on the W-2 Form Summary page of the W-2 Form Summary report.
