The Purchase Requisition Detail Report shows specified purchase requisitions and their line items.
Only items that have been invoiced appear on the report. If the invoiced quantity is zero and the amount is zero, the items will not be displayed.
It can be reached by selecting it from the Reports menu in the Purchasing section.
Fields included on the report: requisition status, entered by, requested by, department, vendor, terms, request number, request date, required date, comments, item status, quantity, units, vendor part number, description, 1099, tax rate, unit price, account code, amount allocated, item total, subtotals, and grand total.
The report filters are:
Cycle
Purchase requisition — all or selected
Begin & end dates
Vendor — all or selected
Requested by — all or selected
