Use the Vendor Totals Report to verify the amounts included on the Calendar Year 1099 Listing Report. Since you can run the Vendor Totals Report for all vendors, regardless of 1099 status, you can use it to make sure vendors have the correct 1099 status.
The report is accessed from Reports > Vendor Management and can be created as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.
Fields included on the report are: vendor code & name, 1099 amount, amount paid, and amount subtotals.
Calendar year
Vendor — all or selected
Sort by — vendor name or vendor code
1099 status — all, yes, or no
1099 threshold — enter an amount; can be as low as $0.00
