Remove Security Templates from a User

  1. Select Security, then Manage Users, from the Administration menu. The Manage Users window opens.

  2. Check the box for the user account you want to edit, and click the Edit button, or click the Last Name link. The User Detail window opens.

  3. Click on the Available Security Templates tab.

  4. Filter the templates to find the templates assigned to the user, using a filter like Assigned: Starts With Y. Example
    Or sort the Assigned column by clicking on it to sort templates with Assigned = Y to the top of the list.

  5. Check the box(es) for the template(s) you want to remove, and click Remove Security Template(s). You're asked to confirm the action.

  6. Click Yes.
