Banking Cash Accounts

The Banking Cash Accounts window provides a flattened data view of the information in the Bank Management records.

• The following columns are displayed by default: bank name & description, fractional transit number, routing number, active & enabled statuses, account number & description, opening balance & date, fund & description, controlling & description, and owner fund.

• The following columns are available in the Display Settings dialog: last reconciled balance & date, statement ending balance & date, signatures 1-3, and attachments.

• The Bank Name link opens the Edit Bank popup, and the Account Number link opens the Edit Bank Account popup.
