Budget Comparison Report — Multiple Fiscal Years

Access the Budget Comparison Report — Multiple Fiscal Years from the Reports menu > Budget module.

This report is a month-to-month comparison and will calculate the percentage of remaining available budget, percentage of the budget year remaining, and the percentage of the budget carryover from the previous month.

Fields on the report

Budget & Actual YTD worksheet: fund & description, fiscal year, budget amount, each months expenditure or revenue, and the remaining budget by percent.

Monthly Comparison: fund & description, fiscal year, budget amount, each months expenditure or revenue, and the monthly difference in dollars.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Cycle

• Include disabled funds — yes or no

• Fund(s)

• Budget type — adopted or current

• Account type — revenue or expenditure
