Access the Budget Comparison Report from the Reports menu > Budget module.

Fields on the report

Current account with its proposed budget, adopted budget, and budget balance; prior account with its adopted budget, budget balance, actual balance, and encumbrance balance

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Accounting cycle

• Account type — all, asset, expenditure, fund balance/retained earnings, liability, other financing sources, other financing uses, revenue

• Account code expression — all or selected
