Element Values Report

The Element Values Report lists all of the values and their descriptions for selected elements for a selected cycle. If the fund element is selected, the fund classification is shown. If a controlling element is selected, account types and balancing account types are displayed.

The report is reached by selecting Reports > Chart of Accounts Administration > Element Values Report and can be created as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file.

The report contains the following information:

Fields included on the report are: element, status, element value, description, fund classification, account type, and fund balancing element values.

Report filters are:

• Structure

• Elements — select one or more

• Enabled Status
