Activity Fund Report

The Activity Fund Report summarizes beginning cash balance, period revenues & expenditures, YTD liabilities & encumbrances, and available amounts for the selected subtotal element.

The report is reached by selecting Reports > General Ledger and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.

The report contains the following information:

Fields included on the report are: fund, subtotal element & description, beginning cash balance, period revenues, period expenditures, YTD liabilities, YTD encumbrances, available amount, and report totals.

Report filters are:

• Cycle

• Subtotal element

• Begin & end dates

• Account code filter — all or selected
