Monthly Balance Forecast Report

The Monthly Balance Forecast Report provides a forecast for the selected account type(s) along with monthly sub-totals by account type.

The report is reached by selecting Reports > General Ledger and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.

The report contains the following information:

Fields included on the report are: Account type & description, month, account totals for the date range, YTD budget for the account, monthly sub-totals by account type, and grand totals.

Report filters are:

• Cycle

• Begin & end dates

• Account type — one or more from: expenditure, revenue, other financing uses, and other financing sources

• Account code expression filter — all or selected
