Employee Jobs Account Allocation

The Employee Jobs Account Allocation window is a read-only flattened data grid that draws information from multiple windows and can be used to create reports.

Access the window by selecting Employee Jobs Account Allocation from the Human Resources menu.

This window contains all the columns that are in the Employee Jobs window, but it also has the following account code allocation fields: account code, account code description, amount, and percent.

The other difference is that it has multiple records for a single job with multiple account code allocations — one record for each account code to which the job is allocated.
