The Employee Leave Detail window is a read-only flattened data grid that can be used to proof leave records. It includes leave details, including requests, for all employees. Access the window by selecting Employee Leave Detail from the Human Resources menu.
The following columns are available, although some of them are hidden by default: employee name, ID, group, site, department, classification, hire date, and eligibility date, leave type, start & end dates, comment, amount, beginning balance, approval status, leave taken, and available leave.
