SSN Verification Report

Use SSN Verification Report to generate a file to submit to the Social Security Administration.

Note: You must enter the Online Employment Verification Service (OEVS) Code in Payroll Configuration before you can generate this report.

The report can be accessed by selecting Reports > Human Resources > SSN Verification Report.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: SSN, last name, first name, middle name, birth date, and employee number.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Hire Date on or after — if left blank, the report will include all employees

• Employee Status — enabled or disabled
