Deleting a deduction or benefit

• Active deductions/benefits cannot be deleted. Only inactive deductions — deductions that have not been assigned to any employees — can be deleted.

• System deductions cannot be deleted.

To delete a deduction definition:

1. In the Manage Deductions window, check the box for the deduction to be deleted.

2. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the window.

3. Click Yes when asked to confirm the action.
