Remove Jobs from a Payroll Register

Use the Remove Job from Register feature when you only want to remove a job for this register because the employee will be paid for this job in the future.

You can only remove jobs from New payroll registers.

  1. Select Manage Payroll from the Payroll menu. The Manage Payroll window opens listing all the payroll registers for the selected accounting cycle.

  2. Select a New register, and click Edit, or click the Register number link. The Register Details window opens.

  3. Check the box(es) for the job(s) you want to remove, and click Remove Job From Register. You're asked to confirm the action.

  4. Click Yes. When the action is completed, the Result window opens displaying successes and failures.

  5. Click Close to close the Result window when you're done reviewing the results.
