Census File Report (PlanWithEase)

The Census File Report (PlanWithEase) contains census information that can be used by PlanWithEase administrators to provide online enrollment for employees.

The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > Census File Report (PlanWithEase) and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.

The report contains the following information:

Fields included on the report are: employee name& number, current salary,participation,plan entry date, hire date, employment status, status date & status sub-type, plan status, status date, and status sub-type, gender, birth date, address, vested status, and years of service.

Report filters are:

• Accounting Cycle — defaults to the current cycle

• 403(b) Plan Deduction

• Employee identifier: Select from employee SSN or employee number.
