Period Accrual Report

The Period Accrual Report lists each employee with their jobs/addenda and wage totals by account code. It also includes payroll accrual balancing accounts.

The report can be accessed from Reports > Payroll and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.

Report filters are:

• Cycle

• Payroll cycle — select from active payroll periods for the selected cycle

• Date — list includes end dates of all available accounting periods

• Account code — all or selected

• Base Employee Counts On: Pay date or pay period
