W-2 Adjustment Report

The W-2 Adjustment Report shows all adjustments to employee W-2 information for the selected calendar year. Only employees with an adjustment to any W-2 box amounts appear on the report.

The report can be reached by selecting Reports > Payroll > W-2 Adjustment Report and can be created as a PDF or Excel file.

The report contains the following information:

Fields included on the report are: the calculated value from payroll registers, the new value after the adjustment was made, the amount of the adjustment, the user who made the adjustment, the reason for the adjustment, the box for which the adjustment was made, and the adjustment date.
