Add Localities

If employees are subject to local taxes, you must add the locality names to the system so they can be reported on the W-2.

  1. Select Employee W-2 Information from the Payroll menu, and the window opens.

  2. Click the Edit Locality List button, and that window opens.

  3. Click the Add button at the bottom of the window, and the Edit Locality List dialog opens.

  4. Enter the name of the locality, and click Save.

  5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 to enter as many localities as are needed.
