Asset Item by Account Code

The Asset Item by Account Code provides a view of inventory valuations and information about the accounts that are affected with new asset additions.

Access the Asset Item by Account Code from the Reports menu > Capital Assets module.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: asset number, asset name, and the information for each historical entry — date, history type, item description, site, building, room, condition, history description, comment, and dollar amount.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Accounting cycle

• Account code filter

• Asset type — select all, capital, or inventory

• Transaction type — select all, acquisition, or disposal

• Begin & end dates
