Asset Item by Account Code

The Asset Item by Status and Location lists assets based on status and location for a specified time period.

Access the Asset Item by Status and Location from the Reports menu > Capital Assets module.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: asset number & name, category, subcategory, item description, in-service date, disposed, date, disposed amount, quantity, cost, and net book value. The report is sorted by site, building, and room

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Status — select all, a single, or multiple

• Site

• Building

• Room

• Begin & end dates
