Property Tax Report

The Property Tax Report summarizes asset value by year and asset category. The report is helpful in forecasting property tax liability for assets. Capital asset types in all states except New are available, sorted in ascending order by category within a calendar year.

Note: Only disposed assets with a disposal date falling within the selected calendar year will appear on the report.

Access the Property Tax Report from the Reports menu > Capital Assets module.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: asset number & name, item description, acquisition date, disposal date, and net book value.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Category — select one,multiple, or all

• Calendar Year
