PO Encumbrance by Fund Report

The PO Encumbrance by Fund report shows encumbrance balances against POs that have been issued and that have not been fully paid. It can be reached by selecting it from the Reports menu in the Purchasing section.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report: Fund, vendor, PO number, encumbrance amount, fund subtotals, and report total.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Accounting cycle

• Fund — all or selected

• End date
