Delete an Accounting Cycle

You can only delete an accounting cycle if it's open and inactive. Deleting a cycle removes the accounting cycle and all of its periods from the system.

1. Select Accounting Cycle from the Chart of Accounts menu, and the Accounting Cycle window opens.

2. Check the box(es) for the accounting cycle(s) you want to delete, and click Delete. You're asked to confirm the action.

3. Click Yes. You're notified of successes and failures.
