Retro Pay Report

Use the Retro Pay Report to verify the retro pay calculation before applying changes to a salary schedule. Once the changes have been applied, the report will have no data to display.

The report includes all employees that meet the following criteria:

• They have the active job(s) within the cycle and with the designated salary schedule and with the paid period end date greater than the effective date.

• The salary schedule window displays the changed Proposed Pay, but the change hasn't been applied yet.

The report is accessed from Reports > Human Resources and can be created as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file.

Report filters are:

• Cycle

• Salary schedule name

• Effective date
