Employee W-2 Information Overview

Use the Employee W-2 Information window to review and make adjustments to the information that will be reported on the W-2 Wage and Tax statement form.

This window is only available to users with Fund or Payroll Administrator security access.

Information in this window is updated after each payroll is verified.

Use the Employee W-2 Information window to:

• Adjust amounts in the W-2 boxes.

• Create W-2 box sub codes for extra deductions to report in Box 14.

• Add localities to be used on employees' W-2s.

• Add state tax to an employee's W-2.

• Add local tax to an employee's W-2

• Create a W-2 for an employee not in the system.

• Record the payroll history for employees being imported from a previous payroll system
