User's Guide
The Position History tab is a display-only window listing the job name, position number, cycle, and filled or vacated date for all the selected employee's positions.
You can choose a record and click the View Details button to see additional information about the position — including the calendar, begin & end dates, contract days, hours, salary schedule, salary, FTE, site, designation, course, subject, grade and comment.
You can also export a report listing the position records currently displayed in the Position History tab. Click to export the report to Excel or to export it to a PDF.
