Edit a Bank

Both active & inactive banks can be edited. An active bank has had checks drawn against at least one of its bank accounts.

1. Select Bank Account Management from the Banking menu, and the Bank Account Management window opens.

2. Check the box for the bank you want to edit, and click Edit, or click the Bank Name link. The Bank Detail window opens.

From this window you can:

• Edit the bank information — Change the bank name, description, routing number, and/or fractional, then click Save.

• Add, edit, and delete bank accounts

• Enable and disable bank accounts

• Attach files such as monthly statements
