The Report Settings dialog includes several options for setting up the reports that print from list windows — grid reports.
To enter the Report Settings window, hover over the in the upper right-hand toolbar. The User Settings menu opens.
If you have saved grid settings, click on the one for which you want to add report settings, and wait until the grid setting is successfully applied, if it wasn't already applied. Note: The grid setting that has been applied is highlighted in the list.
Once the grid setting
you want to edit has been applied, hover over the ,
and click Report Settings.
The Report
Setup window opens.
Complete the fields as described.
Title: Enter the text to print as a title under the organization name on the report.
Show filter details on report: Checking this box causes the description of the filter to print just under the title.
Show divider between rows: Check this box if you want the report to print with lines drawn between each detail line.
Suppress AptaFund Version: Leave this box unchecked to print the software version in the report footer. This information can be very helpful if you need to talk with Harris Support about the report.
Paper Size: Select from letter or legal.
Page Orientation: Select from portrait or landscape.
Margin: Enter positive or negative numbers to adjust the top, bottom, left, and right margins of the printed report.
Click Apply Changes. The report settings are saved, and you're returned to the list window.
