Use the Copy feature to quickly create a new deduction/benefit by copying a similar deduction/benefit.
All deductions/benefits except system deductions can be copied.
The new deduction/benefit will be created in the Inactive & Disabled state.
While in the Manage Deductions window, check the box for the deduction/benefit you want to copy.
Click the Copy button at the bottom of the window.
Click Yes to confirm the action. Once the new deduction is created, you'll see a message in green confirming the success of the operation. The new deduction name is prefixed with the words Copy of… followed by the source deduction name.
