Edit Invoice Items

Invoice items can only be edited on New invoices & credit memos.

Edit invoice items

  1. Select Invoices from the Receivables > Accounts Receivable menu, and the Invoices window opens.

  2. Check the box(es) for the invoice(s) on which you want to edit invoice items, and click Edit, or click on the Invoice/Credit Memo Number link. The Edit Invoice window opens.

  3. Check the box(es) for the item(s) you want to edit, and click Edit, or click on the Description link. The Edit Invoice Item window opens.

  4. Edit the fields as needed.

  5. When finished, click Save, or Save and Add to edit another invoice item.
