Delete Journal Entries

You can only delete journal entries that have not yet been posted. If you need to delete a posted transaction, you must void it.

Delete journal entries

1. Select Transaction Journal from the General Ledger menu, and that window opens.

2. Check the box(es) for the unposted transaction(s) you want to delete, and click the Delete button. You're asked to confirm the action.

3. Click Yes. When the process is complete, the Result window opens.

4. Click Close when you've finished reviewing the results.
