Employee Contracts Overview

Employee contracts are easy to create in AptaFund  because you build them directly in AptaFund; you no longer need to create them in other applications using templates that must then be merged into AptaFund.

The contracts are created in HTML, and the bookmarks for variable fields use HTML tags. These variable fields include many employee-specific fields from AptaFund's Human Resources and Payroll modules.

You can create only one contract against any contract type, so you'll need to create a contract type for each contract you want to create.

You can create contracts for a single job per employee, for multiple jobs of the same contract type, and for multiple jobs that are linked to multiple contract types. An example of the latter contract would be a contract including all the employee's primary and supplemental jobs.
