Highly Effective, or the equivalent

Highly satisfactory or exemplary

Effective, or the equivalent

Satisfactory or proficient

Partially Effective, or the equivalent

Progressing or approaching satisfactory

04

Ineffective, or the equivalent

Unsatisfactory

05

Not Yet Evaluated – Use with newly hired teachers that haven’t been formally evaluated yet

Evaluation wasn’t conducted in prior year for a reason other than being newly hired
