Delete Leave Transactions — Leave Details window

Only unposted leave transactions can be deleted.

When you delete leave transactions in the Leave Details window, you can delete multiple transactions for different employees without having to return to the Leave Details grid.

You can also delete leave transactions for individual employees in the Leave Balances and Manage Employees windows.

Add a leave transaction

  1. Select Leave Details from the Leave menu, and that window opens.

  2. Check the box(es) for the unposted leave transactions you want to delete, and click Delete. You're asked to confirm the action.

  3. Click Yes. When the process is complete, the Result window opens.

  4. Click Close when you're finished reviewing the results.

 

Return to Leave Details Window Overview
