Leave Details Window Overview

Use the Leave Details window to:

• view all leave transaction records for all employees and leave types — you can also sort and filter the data in the window and export it for reports & analysis.

• add leave requests

• add accrual records

• add adjustment transactions

• edit the substitute teacher on leave requests

• delete unposted leave requests

System filters are: Day of the Week Details, Employee Substitute Report, Leave Accrual Details by Employee, Leave Accrual Details by Type, Leave Taken Details by Employee, and Leave Taken Details by Type.

Leave transaction types are: accrual, adjustment, and request.
