Purchasing Configuration — Shipping Destinations

The system comes with a default shipping destination that is the Name of Installation Site in System Configuration. Follow these instructions to add other destinations that will be available on purchase requisitions and POs.

  1. Select Purchasing Configuration from the Purchasing menu.

  2. Click on the Shipping Destinations tab.

  3. Click the Add button at the bottom of the window, and the Add Shipping Destination window opens.

  4. Enter the destination name in the Display Name field.

  5. Optional. Enter a Description if needed.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Add the shipping address for the destination by clicking the box for the destination, and then clicking the Addresses/Contacts button. See Add Contact Address Information for more instructions.
