You can edit account formats until you accept the structure definition.
To rearrange the elements in the account format, delete one or more elements, and then add them in the correct order.
To add more elements, click the plus sign and follow the instructions here.
Select Structure Maintenance from the Chart of Accounts menu, and the Structure Maintenance window opens.
Select the structure whose account format you want to edit from the Structure pull-down list, and that structure is displayed.
Click on the Account Formats tab.
Click the name of the element you want to edit, and the Account Format popup opens.
Check or uncheck the boxes as needed.
Click OK, and the changes are saved.
Select Structure Maintenance from the Chart of Accounts menu, and the Structure Maintenance window opens.
Select the structure whose account format you want to edit from the Structure pull-down list, and that structure is displayed.
Click on the Account Formats tab.
Click the name of the element you want to delete, and the Account Format popup opens.
Click Delete, and you're asked to confirm the action.
Click Yes, and the element is deleted.
