Use the My Information window to view your contact and general employment information.
You can also submit a form to request changes to your address or emergency contact information, eliminating the need to email HR or fill out a hard copy of a change request. Change requests are then available to a Human Resources user to view and process.
If needed, you can edit or withdraw your change request.
Select My Information from the My AptaFund > Employee Self-Service menu, and the My Information window opens.
Click Request Changes, and this window opens.
Make the needed changes, and click Submit Request. The request is submitted, and this message is displayed — "Request outstanding: Some information below is pending HR approval. (View Request)"
Select My Information from the My AptaFund > Employee Self-Service menu, and the My Information window opens.
Click either the View Request link or View Request button, and this window opens displaying the old information on the left side and the new information on the right side.
To change your request, click Edit Request, and this window opens.
Make the needed changes, and click Submit Request.
Select My Information from the My AptaFund > Employee Self-Service menu, and the My Information window opens.
Click either the View Request link or View Request button, and this window opens displaying the old information on the left side and the new information on the right side.
Click Edit Request, and this window opens.
Click Withdraw Request. You're asked to confirm the action.
Click Yes.
